Delivery Information
Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavour to dispatch goods within
24 - 72 hours.
Your order will be shipped by courier service once payment has been approved and the
delivery/billing address has been verified.
The shipping charges for courier delivery are:
- £7 delivery within the UK
- £25 for Europe including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland (1-2 days for delivery)
- £30 for USA (2-3 days for delivery)
- £45 for Rest of the World (4-7 days for delivery)
For deliveries within the EU (including the UK) the price of Goods quoted on our website is
inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax). For deliveries outside the EU the price quoted does not
include UK VAT and you will be responsible for any local taxes and/or duty on your incoming
purchase.

Return Policy
Aruna London Limited will refund or exchange footwear or bag purchases bought from our
online web boutique once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item. This must be returned
to us within 14 days from the date of receiving your goods, with all the original packaging and
enclosed return slip. If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair.
These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.
Aruna London Limited pays for the exchange shipping however if those shoes are returned the
client will be charged the return shipment fee.

Aruna London accepts returns on all items purchased online including sale items, please note
only the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
For overseas returns please email store@arunaseth.com for a returns number. Shoes will not
be accepted without a returns number. Please note that packages will not be accepted for
exchange/refund without this.

Price

For deliveries within the EU (including the UK) the price of Goods quoted on our website is

- The cost of packaging and postage/carriage is £6 within the United Kingdom. For deliveries
