You may cancel your Aruna Seth order within 14 days from the day you receive your order by contacting store@arunaseth.com.
Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations you will be fully responsible for goods until returned to Aruna Seth and the cost to return them.
Aruna Seth will issue a full refund excluding the cost of delivery paid within 14 days, our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
